Are there people already completed with the interview process in a pool to fill these new hire vacancies, or will they be scheduling phase 3s to fill them?

I'm in the 'waiting for phase 3' boat as well.

Really, I was hoping to see them open another application window. It's been over a year and half since the last one.

Any word on reopening the window?

How long is upgrade for the new hires and where would a new hire be based?

Heard the new hires will be pulled from those already done with the process that have not gotten a 'no thanks' letter.

Also known as a 'pool' at most places.

I'm assuming that's with the phase III already completed?

Is there anyone on the thread that has completed phase III and is waiting for a class? I was kind of under the (probably incorrect) impression that there wasn't much of a wait time between phase III & a class date..?

I would like to know as well. I'm waiting for a Phase III invite. Got a letter saying my app is still being considered after I did phase I & II. But that was 11 months ago.
