I heard similiar last week, interviews to start late this year. They don't want huge classes so don't want to wait too long. They'd rather have it continuous and spread out vs the all at once method with 100+ a month at last minute.

I'd say spring-summer at the latest, probably a bit sooner.
If they get behind on staffing once retirements kick in it will be damn close to impossible to keep up.
