I have been hired after applying via climbto350. I've also received many calls.

This is not true. They have there own jobs that only they offer. I have used them many times both looking for jobs and looking for employees. Yes they do repeat some jobs from NBAA and other job sites but unlike many of its competitors Climb to 350 has their own exclusive listings.

And you're not affiliated with them? How would you know they have exclusive listings?

I have been hired off climbto350 for two different jobs.

My favorite website is ***************.com though.

EDIT: Can't put the web address. My favorite site is latest pilot jobs .com

I, too, have been called and interviewed for two jobs on the orange. So at least some of the offerings are real. You just have to sort through the old reposted ones and maybe some fakes.

I know a few guys that have gotten job interviews from there. Back when I got hired at ATI, I found out they were hiring through there.

By observation and speaking with there rep when posting a job. Its Not rocket science when they are the only or most of the time the first website to post a job. JS firm sometimes used to get there own listings as well, but I would say the best money I spent looking for jobs was climbto350.

Have had quite a few responses from the site including some job offers. I also sent more resumes than ever responded by a wide margin, but I have little doubt those jobs existed. There are a lot of pilots on the market and it is a highly competitive profession.

Sound advice from Johnburke, again.

Oddly enough,

Two jobs have been posted recently on climbto350 that I have personally found to be BS. The first was everts air. Following the link from climbto350 to their website to their jobs page, I was quick to note that they tell applicants that they constantly update their website, and that jobs not posted were filled. Strike 1. There was no pilot hiring! I sent in an email asking when the last time they needed a pilot was, and they claimed they hadn't had a need or advertise for one for a long time.

Strike 2: My corporate job took me through Portland, OR, via aero air at hillsboro. While hanging out in the pilot lounge, I found myself talking to their chief med pilot, who I asked about recent postings (recent repeat postings) on climbto350, and he again said that they hadn't needed a turboprop pilot in a long time and wouldn't be needing one.

I'm sure people have gotten jobs off the website and that there are legit jobs, but I'll go ahead and say it's very dishonest to post jobs that don't exist to inflate your website.

Surely my lack of getting calls back is partly because I only have 1,500 hours and ZERO turbine time, but as someone without experience that has to spend all this time looking for the next step, I really don't appreciate climbto350 wasting hours of my day sending resumes into black holes.
