PM me with ur info and I'll pass it along to the training department. There is talk about increase in flow throughs to AA which will significantly reduce the upgrades at Eagle to somewhere between 18-24months. It's a good place to be when everyone starts flowing over to AA.

Planning to hire ++600 in 2013, with lots of flow throughs to AA.
New hires get AA flow through number. Captain upgrade time expected to go down to 2-3 years.
Currently offering $5000 bonus for those who successfully completes training.
Must have application allready filled out through airlineapps.
PM me if interested in an interview.
Perhaps you need to let everyone know that more than likely they will have to commute to work and pay for a crash pad...and at the end of the month they'll take home $1500 with 70-80hrs flown.
I will call the BS flag here...

First Year pay, you can take home around $2000 to $2300 (including per diem).

This is a common problem that I have seen posted on here for years! Eagle is going to have to do some major changes with their hiring practices if they expect to make a dent in the needs for pilots down the road. I know more people shown the door at Eagle then hired at ExpressJet, SkyWest, and one was even hired at Spirit after Eagle canned him!

I've been at Eagle for 6 years now. No one gets a flow through number. You have to interview for your job at AA just like everyone else off the street.
