So no 2 year contract to get the bonus now? Aren't the flow throughs only for captains? I thought everyone applying meeting the mins were getting interviews?

I do not recall the specifics, but I think there is a program for people with AE to get a cash bonus for everyone they bring in that completes training. So I guess my question is the OP trying to make a little extra cash with this thread? If he does in fact work for AE I am sure he needs the money after all.

Perhaps you need to let everyone know that more than likely they will have to commute to work and pay for a crash pad...and at the end of the month they'll take home $1500 with 70-80hrs flown.

For what its worth, 5 guys interviewed with me, and they only hired me. So everyone might get to the interview, but you actually do have to show up ready to play ball. I know of 2 retiring Ltc's that were both not hired, one because he didn't take the interview seriously not sure about the other.

PM me with ur info and I'll pass it along to the training department. There is talk about increase in flow throughs to AA which will significantly reduce the upgrades at Eagle to somewhere between 18-24months. It's a good place to be when everyone starts flowing over to AA.
