Congrats on your interviews and good luck.

I'm just trying to make folks aware of how awful of a company PSA is. If you have a choice it's quite simple, avoid it and have some self respect.

PSA pilots are bad mouthed relentlessly in thousands of cockpits all over the US daily. They screwed over everyone else, pathetic and sad what PSA did to the industry...

Please keep the rhetoric calm and avoid insulting other pilots.

Getting calls for the FA position doesn't count.

So ever think guys with attitudes like yours don't get calls for a reason? Or maybe it's because you are so needed in the regional boards that all majors ask you to educate the idiotic lemmings who yearn to fly and get paid and that's why you hate those who rise above you

ERJ, thanks and seriously I am new to 121, so I don't understand the vitriol towards PSA while others with similar pay and caps are exempt and let's not start on the majors that killed Comair and are working on Envoy and ExpressJet. Therefore, my situation is to find a job with a base near home while I waited for majors...now they've called and I'm waiting for good news. Never once did anyone in the airport yell at me or tell me how horrible PSA is. If PSA is so horrible, don't work here and stand strong against American. I have some Comair friends who will tell you how solidarity worked out for regional pilots when ALPA only preaches Cabotage and more pay after they pushed 117 and now rail against it.

You're doing an excellent job of moderating, keep up the good work.

Don't listen to these internet tough guys. If you live in, or within driving distance to a PSA base you would be foolish not to come here.

Despite what everyone says about PSA being a bottom feeder if you can live with the pay caps(which a new hire right now at PSA will probably never see) our contract is at worst middle of the road. I absolutely cannot overstate how awesome a QoL and money making tool our SAP is. No one in the regionals has anything like it with the supporting language we have......No one.

It was unfortunate that PSA voted in a concessionary deal(on only a couple items) at the time we did but that does not make PSA a bad place to work. No one bad mouths you, no one gives you dirty looks, and most certainly no one talks to your face like they do on this forum. There are of course some days that I don't like working but that's life at a regional, even at god's gift to regionals skywest and compass.

Don't make a career decision based on what some disgruntled blowhard tells you on this forum. Sift through the FACTS and the FACTS only and make the decision that you believe will benefit you the most.

Good Luck.

What's your supporting language? We have SAP, but I'm interested to hear how yours works.
