Captains -
5,000 hours of total documented fixed-wing flight time*
2,500 hours of PIC flight time, of which 2,000 or more shall have been in fixed-wing, multi-engine, jet aircraft*
First Officers -
3,000 hours of total documented flight time*
1,000 hours of PIC in fixed-wing turbine powered multi-engine aircraft *

A little high of TPIC for a startup airline IMO.

First whiff of sustained airline profits and now you're seeing new entrants like this and supposedly the resurrection of Eastern. Flood certain markets with unnecessary capacity and lose money. It will be just in time to ramp up operations for a few years at best then hit the cyclical downturn and go out of business.
