Interview experience was good. Used info from aviation interviews and will fly for prep....very accurate. Sim profile remains the same. Highly recommend an hour in the sim before the interview. Probably the best box lunch in the history of corporate catering.

Quick update:
As of the 7/7 class, the most junior captain will have been at QX for 3 years and 8 months. I expect it to continue to drop to or under 3 years before the end of 2015. Not bad considering it was 12 years and rising when that person was hired...
