Worried about what.....That the north south midcon network will be outsourced to Horizon and Skywest. Already done my friend. Worried that Alaska Air Group will attempt to merge its wholly owned regional into Alaska Airlines.....That is laughable. Truly hope that the same tired commentors on alaskasworld from Horizon dont represent the majority feeling....No, I am tired of watching Horizon get lied to and shat on by Horizon leadership. Hoping you guys can recover back to a semblance of what you once were.

If QX became a semblance of what it once was, your profit margin would be done for. That is why AS mgmt is in complete control. Gary Beck doesn’t get a say. AS mgmts lack of vision has made you too dependent on the Q400 feed to fill your 737s. Now that the Q400s are tired, you need this ridiculous smoke and mirror QX CPA to do it with E175s. If OO agreed to take on the Q400 feed by allowing short segment time and poor utilization into their CPA, QX would be obsolete. Unfortunately for AS, you can’t stand on your own without QX.

Yep, it sure is a testament to how unwilling pilots are to commute for this job. I don't blame them, I won't do it either.

Not sure where you get your info from Five....I do know that as a corporation Horizon has been more stable and profitable since the conversion to CPA. I also know that if your paint job and your paycheck dont match then you have your work cut out for you. Working at a wholly-owned regional is not a good career move. Great to sign up get time and get out.

As to our flaws and foibles at Alaska Airlines, 100% correct you are. Way to many pilots that hold Camas anf Gig Harbor as the ultimate goal and are willing to be rode-hard *****s to achieve it.

Where are the 175s flying? Sea/Pdx to Midwest cities or are there west coast varieties as well?
