69% YES and AMENDABLE in 2024?!? holy crap.
This means the company could have asked for even more from the pilots and easily gotten it! Wow.
What are you all thinking over there?? When will the climate ever be better to negotiate from strength and get improvements that respect your value? I was embarrassed in predicting a 60/40 vote on this. Turned out it was much worse. These jets were going to QX either way. But it's all a moot point now.
A very sad day for QX and it's reputation in leading the pack in contract negotiations.
