Dude I feel your pain! hang in there man. There's always gonna be a negative nancy that act like its so damn bad here. I haven't been here long, and there are times where I've wondered why I even came here in the first place. It's not perfect and definitely has room for improvement. But doesn't everybody? People here act like Delta, SWA, and AA are just happy as could be enjoying every minute at work. I'm sure I don't have to tell you it's not rainbows and butterflies here, but depending on where you're coming from, I'm not sure if it's a step up, but if I had to retire here, I would probably end up ok. There's better places of course, but just keep on truckin man, hang in there and ignore the dumb posts.

If you start here you will probably feel the same way. All my friends starting at all the big three, SWA, and UPS are much happier. AND are paid more, treated with more respect and will be way better off financially.
If you ABSOLUTELY need a lifeboat, then knock yourself out. But the reality is that there are two tiers. DAL,AA,UA,SWA,UPS,FEDEX. And then there are the $hitty LCC's (F9,NK,B6) where mgmt still treats us like crap. Think....a really good regional.
All I am saying is focus elsewhere and come here as a last resort....but don't get too excited about this place...it will never be Delta.

Here's another dumb post.

That said, I'd rather complain with an extra $3-4,000 in my paycheck every month. You know, like a DL pilot.
Keep defending the indefensible guys.

Check out the CBA at DAL/UAL and DAL and keep your head out of the sand.
Its about jetblew doing the right thing- which they rarely do unless a tv camera is on.

We are working on our first CBA I get it. I would never personally want to work at these 3 airlines. I know plenty over there that were here that miss JB. I am looking forward to our CBA. It's coming sooner than later IMHO! Then I will bid over to the bus...

Do they miss the blue chips or the lack of retirements?
