Default JetBlue pilot online job application issues

Hello is anyone having issues when applying with JetBlue. After submitting, I got an email response that says "we can't process your application, please reapply and submit your resume in TXT format"

I posted in TXT and still have same issue
I'm hoping it's a system issue.

I've been having the same issue. Both before and after they took down the application yesterday. I looked for someone to email or call but haven't had any luck yet.

Maybe it's part of the selection process. See how determined you are to apply X-)

Has anyone gotten by this issue? I've applied 4 different times, with a .doc .txt and pdf and pasting my reusme into the wesbite and I keep getting it. After nearly throwing my computer across the room, I'm going on a hike. Hopefully someone has an idea.

My guess is that somehow that email is being sent out no matter what but your app is still submitted. I've been having the same issue but if you look at your application status under your profile it should say submitted.

For a company that prides itself on being hip and cutting edge we sure do have outdated technology.
