FLICA bots

The CBA is crystal clear on this subject: it's first-come, first-serve--period. It doesn't specify any exceptions or modifiers regarding what methods or means a pilot uses to be "the first."
If the company dips their toe into defining what methods are "acceptable" vs. "not acceptable" re: picking up trips on Flica, they're going to end up spending hundreds of hours of time and effort (and thus money) refereeing disputes between individual pilots who are using various methods to gain a temporal edge.
I've never used a bot in my life, nor would I ever (too afraid of being accused of lacking integrity and getting into trouble). But I completely understand why the company is staying out of the weeds on this subject, especially when they don't even own the IT infrastructure on which any of these transactions take place.

Plenty of folks here do not want that—productivity isn’t the only singular reason we come to work. Many of us actually like the chill 24 hour island overnights and miss stacking those easy 13:30 3 days.

Wouldn’t you also end up with way more min rest overnights and horrible, SWA-style pairings where you’re constantly doing exhausting 4 leg days?

There are significant differences between ours and LUV’s flying. I don’t think you could produce many 4 leg days with our network. LUV benefits from always having another short segment to tack on to add productivity. The bulk of our Airbus hours are transcon and NE to FL.

I've seen a lot of trips that were not commutable, but could have been if they reordered the flying. Putting the red-eyes at the end of the trip instead of in the middle for example. They used to be mostly at the end (east coast bases) except for the double 13:30s as you say (precombined or pilot combined). Then they started putting the red-eyes in the middle of the trip, making you end late, while still only paying 20 hours, because it wouldn't trigger any more TAFB rig.
Have a stronger TAFB rig and there is a financial disincentive to make trips longer FOR NO REASON.
