You don’t need transcripts for the face to face. In phase II, they ask for proof that you went to college, which can be a transcript or just a copy of your degree. Just bring what they tell you to bring.

Well, because his GPA is high, obviously.

Not sure what a GPA would have to do with a decision to bring transcripts or not. Just follow the instructions.

I personally would like them to see the transcripts since the GPA is high.

I guess you don’t have an opportunity to hand over documents that may be beneficial to your candidacy?

But I guess you are right...just follow the directions.

Default f2f ?

I have an interview coming up and have been studying some of the potential interview questions on airline pilot interviews and just have a couple questions about them.

1) How does jetBlue use FiCA? - I dont even know what this is

2) What do they use Navtech PBS for? - This is the software used to process and award monthly bids, correct?

3) Tell me about a time that you had to deal with a delay and how you handled both internal and external customers? -What do they mean by internal and external customers?

Thanks in advance. Any other insight or advice would be much appreciated.

Don’t worry about 1 or 2. Those will be explained in depth once you get here.

For number 3, we consider other employees to be internal customers. So, put in normal people language, it would be...

“Tell me about a time you had to deal with a delay. How did you help your crew and your passengers?”

Like any other corporation in the US. FICA tax take out roughly 6% of your earnings for stuff like Social Security.

Ohhhh Flica!.....

Yes, well aware of that. Why would they even ask us this? Its a law. I thought maybe it was something unique to jetBlue, like their fly-fi or something. Thanks.
