They have had them done for two weeks but they want to abide by the contract. The one time they want to abide by the contract....

Bus captain went to a 11/2016 hire. Effective date in 12/2020, so right around 4 year upgrade to the bus.

Actually, the contract states they shall be published WITHIN 21 days of bid close, so they don't actually have to wait.

I didn't say they weren't following the contract. I was just stating what it actually said. A lot of guys think they have to wait exactly 21 days to publish it, but that is not correct.
