I don’t think there were really that many vacancies on this in order to push captain upgrade that low. Standard 4 years for 190, 5-6 for Bus.
Yeah with the previous system you could sorta know what to expect. With this you have to just put in a percentage bid and hope. It allows for more control, but much like PBS if you don’t know how to use it you probably don’t get the best you could. |

This bid will go way junior in both AC. I know a few senior guys who don’t want to commit to upgrade, to the benefit of jr guys who will slide in.

I agree. I bet the -20+ number for 190 CA in Boston will scare off many people that were planning to bid for it otherwise. |
