Asking because I've never done AQP, entire career so far under PC/PT checking. I was always told PC was a jeopardy event and that's why everyone preferred AQP. So you can fail AQP? If you can fail it then how's it not jeopardy?

Your MV should just go down as an “Incomplete” on your employer’s end, no FAA pink slip. I think this still requires some kind of special tracking, but not sure. The LOE portion is a FAA jeopardy event and will result in a pink slip if failed.

As far as I know, if you pass the line check and complete IOE, there is not failure. Now if you fail the line check, well that's a different story.
