Yeah because that’s the only other option. 🙄

Show me another option that is actually a reality.

Silly statement, because you cannot. We have what we have because you (the majority, if not you specifically) voted for it. Now let's improve upon it.

The 8% raise they gave when they took away profit sharing was added to the old terrible rates.

Those rates were replaced with new bottom-of-peerset rates with the CBA. So still not a win. And... JB's peers, who essentially all have higher rates, ALSO have a profit sharing plan that actually pays profit sharing. Actually quite a bit of profit sharing, when their airlines have a profit margin similar to JB's somewhat lofty profit margins.

Do you understand?

Mean while at big D pilots enjoy similar rates plus 17-18% PS. (Don’t tell me to apply there) I like JB.
With JB having 0.9 billion in profits, I’m sure that PS formula can and should be improved.

Delta made $1.5 billion in the third quarter alone. It's not their profit sharing formula that produces results, it's that Delta as a company generates more income than JetBlue.

In 2018 Delta made $10 billion.

Please compare and contrast the formulas.

Thanks.

It’s both.

We also have a very profitable company but they choose not to share it with the employees.

On margins, yes.

On total dollars, it doesn't compare.

Total dollars still matter.

No. Total dollars do NOT matter.

These formulas are based on percentages. Do you understand how those work? Your post can be interpreted as nothing other than an excuse for JB management's deceptive practices.

Do you even understand how any of this works?

This is a shockingly ignorant post.
