The other question is if you were to leave another company either during or right after training do you have to report this to JB after the fact? IE another pria check etc etc etc. Im kinda in the same boat where i have another class date coming up but have JB as my primary. Unfortunately JB takes forever to even make it past phase 2 and with nobody to contact about it. I understand I would burn at least one bridge ( not my style ) but I dont want to burn both.

I think it would be easy to handle if, when JB calls you, you mention that you are in class with XYZ, and you really want to come to JB, but you don't want to cause a problem with JB by leaving the current program. If you are welcomed, no harm no foul. Honesty is always the best policy.

Thanks as I'm pretty sure this is how the situation will turn out.

Default DOT Questionnaire

Is the DOT questionnaire a form we filled out pre-interview, phase 2 entry, or a separate email received later in phase 2? GIS has told me two different things. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

One GIS rep said it was a form I got from JB and the other said that GIS would send it to me at some point. Guess I’ll call back and ask again. Third times a charm, or so they say.

Yeah let me know. I got an email to sign the document in October about 3 weeks after being in Phase 2. I was calling once a week but got tired of the "waiting on DOT". Last week finally got a rep who gave me a lot more details. I am done with PRIA and all DOT except from my college and the last time they called them to remind them was the first week of November..... I asked why they haven't tried again and she told me a sup told her they received a big batch of PRIA and DOT paperwork they are going through (this was 2 days prior to Christmas) and they were confident a lot of people's paperwork that have been waiting a while were in that pile. So FWIW, hopeful yours and mine are in there and we can start swimming soon. Seems like some August people had to wait this long too and recently got in the pool...

I interviewed September 20th, I received my Phase 2 complete email Jan 9th! I’m very excited! I started Phase 2 on 10/4. Any ideas or guesstimates to how long I and others will be in the pool with the average class now having more than 20 people every two weeks?
