I got mine as well. Anyone have experience with a operator who is out of business or may be out of business? I flew for a very very small 135 outfit 2011-2013 that still has active google search results as being a air charter company, however looking them up on the FAA website they are no longer listed as a active certificate. Wondering what the safer option is to list them as out of business or not.

agreed, I knew for PRIA its 5 years of history. I wasnt sure if they would still need to contact them in general as a previous employer or not. I did dig out one old pay stub from them to upload. I'll go with the out of business option and upload the one stub I found.
