Hopefully fear starts to subside soon, and this thing turns around just as quick. Warm weather approaching...people are gonna start eyeballing cheap vacations.

Obviously, but they have telegraphed that this could go on a while and they are not concerned about the viability of the company.

Not something to argue about anyway. They say they want planes and supposedly can't get them. They can either use some of that fortress balance sheet and buy them at a massive discount or wait until this blows over and pay full price. Or be aggressive with the left over carnage in the industry when the first signs of the worst being behind us.

Hopefully they do something aggressive, when the opportunity presents itself, within the company's ability.

The 1918 Spanish Flu acted like this....it was present in the Winter of 1918, faded in the Spring, and came roaring back into the fall and next winter of 1919. That's when most of the people got sick and died.

Vaccine is 12-18 months out so we're unprotected until then. Most of us will survive this but it's going to be painful for quite a while before we come out of it.

The great depression was also a great time to buy stocks, except most people were too busy struggling to put food on the table.

Had about 15 wheel chairs (elderly) on the flight the other day...apparently old people are not listening to the experts when they say do not travel. Pretty ignorant if you ask me.
