IF they come back and offer a 3% raise now, it will pass easily!

Pathetic!

The sand? More like their 4th point of contact.

So, judging from the ‘Exit Poll’ thread, who is more out of touch with the pilot group? The MEC or APC...?

APC, obviously.

it’s easy to be a no voter— no matter the subject— versus a yes voter.

lots of quiet yes voters.

The problem is the folks I've talked to in person who voted yes didn't really give me a reason. I'm not judging your decision, but you gotta give me something other than "Well if it gets voted down the company will probably just screw us at contract talks so I'm just going to vote yes".

I can give you multiple reasons for my 'No' vote. It's not a 'stick it to the company', it's valid reasons that haven't been addressed properly. Good faith and assumptions do nothing when the company has real lawyers looking for any and every loophole to make sure they get their way if the language allows it.

With any luck maybe the whole “alliance” is DOA. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.

Um, yeah. It's a real mark of courage to simply believe what you're told and follow along accordingly.

Almost correct. The company has real lawyers WRITING each and every loophole, not looking for them.

Like I said three weeks ago, every word of that TA was written for a specific reason.
