And that is a red herring if you keep reading that section with regards to the NEA, LOA 12 and the push for LOA 13.... of course we should allow for codeshares ... but not at the expense of our own growth, hence the metrics (which were “given away” by the MEC in LOA 12), which leads us to this discussion!

The company could domestically code share.
The pilot group when they voted in the CBA allowed this to continue.
LOA 12 simply reset the intent of the CBA to the reality of the industry.
Yet many are screaming that the MEC gave scope away. I find that typical of most people who need to blame others for the circumstance they voted to allow to continue!
