The MEC chair, vice chair and members of ALPA's Economic and Financial Analysis departments were in these negotiations as well. You think the MEC is going to vote this down? Not a chance. Let's just hope the ALPA peeps weren't negotiating AGAINST us (this is a lot of money, I wouldn't turn it down) and were pushing the company why we know they can afford our asks.

Even more reason you guys should send that turd of a TA back. Hopefully our new TA makes the new guys there see the light and realize they can get better when they just vote no on that.

This is where I'm at. If it's not amazing, why agree at all, especially right now before a labor dispute even began?

Now, I'm not saying it isn't great, no idea. Simply that it better be great, otherwise we will have thrown in the towel before the fight.
