can someone perform a public service and post the other new pay rates out there, whether approved or not? delta, Alaska, spirit, etc. it would be very helpful to have them all in this thread for when ours comes out.

i like this guy's idea. It would be really helpful if someone could post those in this thread so we can compare ours to them once we get it. I'm glad someone had this idea and posted it.

Those rates are pretty much on par with what AA, UAL, and Delta currently pay,….. for narrowbodies! How are those “new” rates supposed to stem attrition at Spirit? I’ve seen where Spirit management said that they run a “discount airline” and therefore need “discount” pilots. My question:…… do they also have “discount” management? |
I don’t think the 321 rates were applied to that list. They look like the 320 rates, I could be wrong. Or, I could be miss-reading the note.

The third column on the right are 2024 rates with the 321 override.
