The profit sharing ship sailed years ago but let those who want to hold out for profit sharing do it during the JCBA.

The snap up might be better than made out to be so far if some of the other airlines get snap-ups prior that go above average. I didn't even think we would see any snap up so something is good and who knows it can be adjusted during the JCBA as well.

I'll take a good known pay rate today vs any nearly any ps possibly in the future.

Oh Delta is still hiring if you need a hat and Delta pay, feel free 😁

Wow, some just can't figure out that our peers don't have to choose between pay rates and profit sharing.

With the low expectations you have, you should go to Frontier or Allegiant.

Default Alaska right!

Has the language of the TA been revealed anywhere? Why are we even talking about Alaska? Let’s see the TA and how it is written. Alaska might not even be a consideration, right? As far as I know, they don’t fly the same frames we fly.

Take the name Delta out of the equation for a second and lets just say your peer group. So you think that being paid below other pilots on the same equipment in your peer group (no matter if its Delta or United or AA) is a good rate?

Better yet, are you the type of person that would want to be paid a rate the same as your peers?

You're tied up on the name Delta, but you're not realizing we are just concerned about not being paid as our peers. We don't mention Delta because we want to go there, we mention them because their current AIP rate sets the new floor of the market and we simply should not accept below that floor. If it was United or AA or WN with that AIP then that's the name we would be throwing around.

No this is really easy.

other pilot groups say pay AND profit sharing

but apparently at JetBlue we say pay OR profit sharing.

it’s AND not OR

Delta gets known pay AND PS
United gets known pay AND PS

and on and on.

All of the airlines in our group are ANDS we are the only one that is an OR

Now see this is why I do not believe those they tell me they will fight for PS in the JCBA. You can see how this will go.

If the PS ship sails it’s because the pilots built the boat raised the sails and blew.

That made me laugh, but also very true. JB pilots are JB pilot's worst enemy.

If you want Pay and Profit sharing it’s time to Dive in and make the hard decision today. It’s time JB pilots didn’t take the easy road. Together we can Drive this thing home to a better tomorrow.
