Maybe I missed this on another thread, have the discussions with NK advanced to a point where there are discussions of bases going away or being added?

^^^This^^^Talk it up, DCA with BWI as co-base, doesn’t NK have quite a bit of BWI flying, then maybe even bring back the old IAD flying. DCA/BWI/IAD co-base.😀

LAS and/or SFO seem to be front runners for the 2024 system bid (released in Aug 2023). DCA has lots of overnighting 190s, but with them leaving the fleet a base is a harder decision because “we’ll give up some of that flying” when the airframes are gone. HPN would be a base tomorrow (or co-base) if the terminal wasn’t so awful. It’s difficult to find space for crew rooms/facilities.

BDL and TPA still see so many broken pairings causing massive costs in repositioning crews.
