No, these are SWAs rates when converted to hourly for comparative purposes. SWA pays Trip for Pay (TFP) instead of hourly. So if you look at SWA TFP pay scales, multiply them by 1.149 to get the hourly rate equivalent.

That's correct. I just checked the language in the contract, and after August of 24 we don't get any more scheduled raises until the JCBA, or next contract. Whatever ends up happening.

Of course, we're over here bobbing for apples. Let's hope these quotes from Robin posted above remain true.

SWA could pay their FOs $100 or $1000 an hour and it will not affect our FO rate. Only their CA rate is used.

Our "extended" CBA only considers the 320/737 Captain rates at our peers. We use their CA rates to calculate our new CA rate. Then our FO, 220, and 190 rates are all adjusted up based on a ratio to our new 320 CA rate.

A concern I have is the bottom feeders at Spirit will drag down pay rates in the JCBA. No offense, but Spirit pilots accepted sub standard, bottom of the barrel pay rates on their last TA which was not that long ago.
