I have been critical of JB pilots too, but we at least were able to get ourselves even with the legacies. The new NK rates that were voted in are essentially our old rates from 2018.

But, at NK everyone can drop to zero except RSV then X/Y list for premium making almost twice what we lowly JB pilots make. Dont you see it’s like taking their rates and doubling them. Fools we must be.

You probably had to leave the Gram or the Tock to look it up.

Gram > Tock, I’m not that young. Safari has this cool functions called “tabs” so I opened a new one and searched it. Easy peasy lemon squeezy 😎

17% Dc -> 18% in 2026
SWA actually got a higher DC. In 2026 they will get 18% DC into their 401k + 2% DC into their MBCBP (different retirement vehicle) for a total of 20%

I’ll tell ya right now. I like what swa did all the way around. Their LOL insurance, amazing! Reserves 15 days off a month - mostly 3 day trips on the line, the MBCBP is actually a definite benefit plan, was definitely surprised to see that. Yup! Pretty great stuff
