Ok, makes sense....They stagger the bids close enough that they can tailor the Annual System bid to try to clean up whatever mess the Supplemental bid may cause....But ultimately they need to do the Supp to close (or significantly draw down) the 190 bases.

But we are parking the E190s, which has been the open plan for a long time. What do you want them to do with your E190CA seat?
Although, I do agree it's frustrating watching our peers have great careers (for now) while JB continues to give us the full Jetblue Affect.

Some of those super junior 190CAs only got that seat because the plane was going away. They will likely lose their seats because with the 220 pay rates some of the more senior FOs will likely finally upgrade. I'm betting your seniority will be fine though.

If you are on a fleet that is retiring then a trip to the schoolhouse or a change of base to keep your seat is inevitable. If you take a really junior spot somewhere and get displaced then that's the gamble. There is a reason a lot of folks bypass upgrade until they can hold a certain percent in base. If you really need CA pay then that is unfortunate as it forces your hand.
