Agreed. Also could be a coincidence but two JBLU BOD members sold all of their shares (~18k and 35k) which is kind of odd. My tin foil hat says they sold because they are representing the BOD for actual merger negotiations.

Jesse Lynn (One of Icahn’s designees sitting on the JBLU BOD) just purchased 11.8m shares of JBLU which is 3.2%. Icahn himself still holds 33m shares which is 9%

The Galkin play is a head scratcher though. Why throw more money at bad money, average down? Board leverage? Or .. seeing the future.
