I'm honest about what I experience. One doesn't lie to friends. There's good and bad, and it's not a great fit for everyone. But for others, it's a perfect fit. I know FOs in their early thirties who don't have apps out anywhere else because they are that happy here.

I noticed most of the older guys I flew with were the hard yes guys. Myself and other younger people that I talked to were willing to hold out for what would be one out of many contracts and wanted the first one to be rock solid.

I think if things were a little more balanced it would have more impact here. I’m not saying stuff isn’t wrong but when the same people say the same things over and over on both sides people just tune out(I’m guilty). It’s like watching msnbc.....trump sucks all the time or fox....trump is god. So I’m not sure how much impact this site has. I was just down at Osc for a month and the new hires were some darn sharp guys, heck my sim partner had been trying to get here for a few years, because of where he lives and what he wants. We each have our own path and I never understand why people are always telling people to leave or don’t come here or stay. To each their own, and if you plan to stay plan to fight to make things better.
