3/17 Class canceled?

So was the 3/17 class canceled? If so, I'd like to hear from one of the guys who was supposed to start as far as how they were notified, etc.

They canceled the 3/18 class on 3/13. So 5 days. Still a dirtbag move. I was hoping we were better than that when we saw UAL do it and scoffed it. Just goes to show this place is no different than anywhere else and caring/integrity are just words, not actually a part of JetBlue.

In 08 we have people the option like delta just did. I mean some people probably most people already gave their two weeks notice at the other work.

Yes we personally called every person answered every question and told them to contact us if they need anything. Also that they would be the first back in class. We are not United. Never furloughed. We are JetBlue.

So we move them thru and then furlough? No win situation.

I wouldn't say "never". Just haven't furloughed, yet.

And yes, a total dirtbag move.

why I said give them the option of being the junior pilot with a chance of not furloughing. What if they don’t have a job to go back to.... it sucks either which way

Totally- It sucks that i have an 84 hr line next month and its vacated. Sucks that people are complete idiots and react as if we are exposed to Lassa fever (I learned that from Outbreak).. Shoulda said Motaba. :p
