This question has been asked and answered a few times over the course of the past couple of weeks. Im happy to give you an update though. I got my virtual phone screen invite on August 23rd. Completed it two days later on August 25th and just received my invite to the F2F interview today. That would make it three weeks to the day between virtual screening and F2F invite. From what I have read my understanding is that people have been getting the “congrats, welcome to phase 2” emails anywhere between 48 hours all the way up to 2 weeks after their F2F interviews. Past that, the time between receiving an offer and your class date historically is about 8-12 weeks from my understanding. During this time you are in phase two which is where all the background check and verification is taking place. Hope that helps and best of luck!

Quick question, since I'm new in this airline game. Based on your response I understand that my company will find out about my intentions right after I receive the "congrats, welcome to face 2” email, so that would be the time to notify them, but I'll have to remain in the job for another 2 to 3 months. Am I correct? Thanks

I did the interview with the HR manager, amazing nice lady that made the interview felt very comfortable. As pervious posts mentioned 5-7 TMAAT, I needed time on 2 of the questions and I just asked for few minutes to gather my thoughts, I did not feel any pressure from her at all. I did the interview only with the HR managers, I know there were others that had their interview with HR/Pilot panels. I thought the format has changed, since all the info I got was supposedly with HR/Pilot. At first I held out the aviation examples, I asked her half way and she confirmed that was only interview I would get, then I started using aviation examples on the rest of the answers. She was very knowledgeable with the aviation terms, overall the interview experience were great. Remember the more they write, the better it is for you, you should aim for half page of notes for each answer. The 2 problems I struggled with she only wrote down a line or two at first, then she asked me to give her another example. I asked for time and gave another example.
Though out the way every jetBlue members, flight crews/ground staff, I encountered were very supportive, on one of the flight a Captain gave me a prep talk, I related the story with the hiring manager and she was very impressed by it. Interviewed with the Boston base CP Patrick afterward, it was more of a meeting than an interview I felt, he was there to make sure all my paperworks were correct, and he mentioned his job is to make my application as smooth as possible for the PHC. Patrick was also a pervious 135 pilot, he valued the 135 experience highly, and we had a great conversation. Overall face to face time I guess it was an hour +/- 10mins.
Remember the interview starts when you leave the house until your probation is over, I kinda understand the idea before but after this interview now I understand why people mention that often. Good luck everyone, a lot of good information and help on here. There is a member I contacted on here that helped me a lot on my interview. I would like to pass that along as much as I can.
