While we have few retirements, we are growing rather steadily. 10-15 planes a year through 2021/22. Over 100 busses. There will be good movement. While we're not mother D, it doesn't suck here either. By 2025 well be on contract 2.0. Twice our current size. Things "should" be pretty good.
I'm cautiously optimistic.

Then again I'm jaded as my last airline was in contract negotiations for around 7 years while we were flying on a deal signed in 1999....
Hoping we're closer to your timeline than mine.

Most of our mil specs are top notch dudes. Haven't found any that I can't drink with yet.

Which airlines are "not replacing" or are removing their in-seat entertainment? JetBlue guys heard any rumblings about this? I hope not. I sure do enjoy it while you generously offer a ride.

I think the setback screens will go the way of the every-7-rows-overhead TVs of the 90's. In 10 years, I believe most, if not all, will offer streaming to your own device like Delta just announced. Maybe that is why JB invested big $$ in satellite internet and sold LiveTV…
But, back on topic, I hear the trend of steady, but small classes will continue.
