Agreed on the issue about the tie getting caught, especially in a emergency evacuation. It is like for the ID lanyards, now most have a safety breakaway, disconnecting under pressure to eliminate choking risks.
Agreed also on the clip not being possible to just loosen up.
May be a solution would be a zipper tie, with a breakaway in the back.
The best solution is to just get rid of the tie all together.

Yes on the Roth. They're matching mine. Through T. Rowe Price. Not a tremendous amount of investment options but that's par in the corporate world. Full disclosure - wife works for Fidelity so we're spoiled; the entire market is open to us. I can literally have gold bars delivered to the house or buy investment properties in her 401. When I was at FlightSafety we had 12 funds to invest in - kind of ironic given the fact it's owned by Berkshire Hathaway.
You can have T Rowe Price open up a Tradelink account for you and invest your 401k in anything you wish. Not many people know about it though.

I heard for 2015 hire up to 400, as needed to NET about 225. Which makes sense based on planned deliveries. I like your number better.... But, I am skepticle....

My understanding is it has to be a team we are some official sponsor of. That could be wrong but I think that's how it goes. Not sure if the Yankees are on that list or if its just a New York thing.

That's good info. Been so focused on training I have yet to dive deeply into the other stuff. Did notice that it takes 10 days or more for the money to hit the 401k account, although it's deducted immediately. Someone mentioned that legally they have 30 days (can't vouch for that or not, don't know). My experience with other companies is 24 hrs. Over time, ten days is a significant amount of time in market terms. Wonder what the interest is on ten days worth of contributions from an entire company? Or in economic terms, the opportunity cost of that money not being in play in the market.

I can understand #2 but not sure what you would be doing a belt loader as a pilot

The forward belt cargo bin is quite low, and the belt loader is right there at head level.
