I don't think it could hurt to email them if you have a contact.

FWIW, I interviewed March 20, 2014, passed phase II in May, and it took until the middle of October to get a class date.

It is a grueling wait. Not sure why it's done this way and I believe we lose a lot of good people because of it. Maybe it's by design to make sure you really want to work HERE.

Learning how to bid here is confusing as h*ll! Can anyone give some insights on how to enter a reserve bid just looking for the first few days of the month off??

Question regarding the "additional documents" section on the application. Today, I found a slight grammatical error in one of my letters of recommendation that was attached to my application during the last hiring window. I deleted said letter from the "additional documents" section, corrected the mistake and re uploaded the letter to my application that I just submitted in the current hiring window (the one that just opened today, 8/8). If I get an interview, does the HR team see all of the documents I've uploaded in the "additional documents" section from every window I've applied to, or do they just pull the items in the "additional documents" section from my application from most current/recent window in which I applied? Basically, I don't want them to think I'm inflating the number of LORs I have on my app. I know this is a trivial matter, but just curious. Thanks all!

Rocket man - I'm certainly no expert but...
1. Start Reserve
2. Add
3. Prefer off tab
4. List of dates
5. Select which ones you want off
Not sure it's true but I've been told to enter each day you want off as a separate line ie. go back to add and list of dates for each day in priority order. Keep in mind if u really need it off you can uto 1 day and pto 1 day of reserve each month although saving pto for sell back at 1.5 times your 3rd year pay might be a better idea...

This is not necessary. The system will read priority left to right on each line, so just make sure you list your preferred days off in priority order. I believe that there is a limit to the max number of bid line requests that the system allows, so if your bid is very complex, you will want to condense your days off requested to a single line.
