Then you'll be on reserve till about 6-8 months. You will 95% not break guarantee, unless you live in a domicile, and pick up RSA.
After the 6-8 months of reserve, you will probably get a hybrid/moveup line for 1-2 months, then be able to hold a standard line. Once you're hybrid, moveup, or standard line holder you can absolutely credit 100 hours a month....if you want to work that hard

At job fairs they'll review your resume and your background, they like to ask if you know the core values and some basic stuff about JetBlue, as well as why you want to work at JB and if you know any current employees. Good luck! Hope that helps.

Edit: Oops, didn't realize Capt707 already said all of that.

December, my first month on rsv, I credited 110 hours with no RSA. They used me everyday, flew on Xmas, got emergency reassigned, etc and no RSA days. Last month, guarantee. I'm JFK 320 and I've been getting used pretty much consistently for one trip every block of rsv days

That would be very unusual..
My experience was that I was able to get 87 hours the first month (because they were trying to get my 100 hours) and then it was about 20-30 hours per month on reserve. The last four months with lines Ive been able to get close to 100 hours each month. This month Ive done pretty well with soft time and if nothing changes Ill be close to 122 hours.
