LOL!
“Just have faith” in the volunteers that brought us LOA 13 and 17. And if it doesn’t work out, just walk into a Delta jet in FOUR years!
Wow, what a fantastic plan!!
GMAB.
Must be nice having the ability to “just quit and go to Delta”. What’s stopping you now? You’d rather just leave the four years (5000 seniority numbers) on the table?

i’m not leaving for delta because I believe we will get an industry leading contract.
my question is why aren’t you leaving for delta? Not trying to be a “like it or leave guy,” but if you really don’t believe in the union’s ability to get us an industry leading contract, why stay?

I believe it's possible we get a top-tier contract. I think it would be wise for management to offer us an industry leading contract, if they want to actually grow the company in this pilot environment. Now, will they? Will our current union leadership actually push for industry leading, or actually be shooting for something just below the top contracts?

I mean United was already near the top, with no problems recruiting. They got a massive raise, completely free health care, profit sharing, and snap up provisions! Can you imagine our pilot group asking to surpass the industry like that? It's always "slightly less" here, and I think it always will be, and we can look at ourselves as the reason. We vote yes to everything. LOA17 was the nail in the coffin for any hope here.

Its possible, but with our union reps and, more importantly, this pilot group, it will never, never happen.

"Your Negotiating Committee plans to issue surveys periodically throughout Section 6 negotiations so that our pilots have an ongoing means of communicating directly with the MEC and the committee regarding their priorities for CBA 2. "
I get it some like to stir the soup but can we not try to divide each other? Coming from a No voter on LOA 17.
