Did I miss something? How or when or why did LOA8 expire?

It was part of LOA 17. 60% of our pilots sold it away. Just one more reason to have voted no. I’m sure none of the yes voters ever dared to use LOA 8 protection.

Hey but we got 3%….can’t even cover Biden inflation but the company says we’re not worth anymore than that anyway….CK and his cronies are good with that.

Does anyone know if one can pick up VDA or premium over UTO? Or is it just PTO?

I’m glad LOA 8 expired, it’s just one more step towards normalcy and recognizing that Covid isn’t some big bad monster anymore. This is what we all wanted right? Getting back to normal? We don’t have a LOA covering the seasonal flu do we?

You are missing the point. It didn't expire. It was a benefit to the pilot group that was sold. If we had a similar LOA for colds and the flu that would be something industry leading, something B6ALPA seems to be uncomfortable having.

Oy….well you’ll never get me to agree on that one. We’ve been clamoring for normalcy for almost two years now….this is it. FOM guidance on mask usage….removed. LOA 8….removed. Good riddance.

I’m sure a lot of people do. Or we can continue the hoopla and put Covid on a pedestal. Just my opinion.
