Lol yeah I know how you feel.....
It’s just a rumor. God knows the company won’t ever pay more.

Is there a Rainmaker Guide? I seem to remember a 14 or 15 page document. Was it put out by the union?

Cutting costs, Wall Street is happy, everyone else is angry about PS.

This sums it up:

That is true on one level but management has changed the profit sharing formula two different times. We are currently on PS 3.0.

If we keep market force profitability constant and input the different iterations of our profit sharing plans then:

PS 1.0 = 7.8%
PS 2.0 = 2.8%
PS 3.0 = 0.2%

Correct Flyby, that quote about us now being forced on to profit sharing plan 3.0 is THE story here.

If you made $100,000 last year your profit sharing is:

New formula - $200

Old profit sharing formula - $7,800

See why they changed it?!?

Still waiting to "celebrate a win" with Giggity.

Yep. It's so disgusting. I wonder why pilot morale is generally in a Dominican toilet? Any ideas?

General malaise regarding the company's strategic direction combined with apathy after seeing company actions in post-CBA environment. The Office Space mentality is strong and we are all living the Peter Gibbons life.
