Work rules, what in the highlights makes you think we got amazing work rules? The 5 hours per calendar day?
Vacation, you have almost the exact same amount of PTO in the AIP as you do now! You just have less flexibility in how to use it in the new agreement! The AIP has vacation at 35/35 instead of 24.5/35, so your apparent increase in PTO hours is a complete ruse!
I agree on retirement.
What am I missing Bozo?

I also stated that I like the vaca because I dont need to save for my own vaca and by having it worth 35, I can mail in 2 months a year.
For me, its better than I have now due to my pto usage.
Vote for your desire, Ill vote for mine.
I never said it was an increase either. I understand what it is and I like it better than a blended total. Hate and attack if you must.
I am still an undecided.

If you can't convince'em, block'em!!!
Did you join ANTIFA or simply become a millenial that can't deal with opposing viewpoints.
Perhaps you should seek refuge in your chemical dependencies.

1. Idiots who are also jerks. You can be a jerk and be smart, or you can be a nice guy and be an idiot. Either one alone is okay, but combining the two gets you blocked because there's absolutely zero value to your posts. (BlueDriver falls into this group.)
2. People who are completely irrational and/or have an obvious axe to grind. (You fall into this group.)
I haven't blocked you yet because I haven't signed in to the full site lately. But it's coming soon. BlueDriver has been blocked for a while, and if you jackwagons would quit quoting him I wouldn't have to read his drivel. lol

I don't block people who I simply disagree with. I block 2 types:

We all have our unique viewpoints, and for the most part we all respect each other's individual positions. Of course, when the Scotch comes out it's all downhill from there...

Old system you get roughly 5 weeks of time off, either Vaca, sick or PTO drop.
New system you get 2 weeks Vaca and 3 more weeks for sick, PTO drop.
Still 5 weeks, just less flexibility in the new system.
What's the benefit?

I just don't understand your point. If there is no increase in time off, and you don't get any additional vacation, where is the benefit?

I know its not what many want, Im just saying that Im okay with it.
My main concern is the scope language, work rules and retirement, which seem to have improvements (in theory).

I get an extra week of vacation because I used so much pto to get 19 or 20 off a month that I was only awarded 1 week anyway. Now I get 2 weeks automatic with better distribution, (in theory) and with better rsv rules, (in theory). Ill still get 17 or 18 off with the 2 weeks of vaca. And with the vaca worth 35, I only need 35 to make a line. (In theory). This makes 2 months a year with at least 2.5 weeks off and my usual drop@pto/uto the other 10 months.
I know its not what many want, Im just saying that Im okay with it.
