If you are in base they will pay for your parking in base. If out of base, you will get a $40 dollar a month credit to offset whatever parkign costs where you live. For example, I pay 50 a month for parking in Austin. on the 8th I get 40 for parking on my paycheck.

Having said that, I am not sure how it works at bases with a co-base. JFK/LGA or FLL/PBI if you live in base.

At PBI you just expense it.

JFK can expense travel to and from LGA. That said, good luck expensing a $200 LGA parking receipt every week. They’re looking more for a couple $20 cab receipts.

I dunno about that. All I’m saying is that FLL pilots expense parking at PBI.

Can anyone tell me what the Junior schedules are like at a junior base? Days off? Commutable? Reading this form I’m getting mixed information. Thanks

Short call reserve…12 days off. Likely front end commutable, bets are off on the tail end.

no…short call is 13/14 off. Long call is 12/13/14 off depending on the month.

also short call has a first day of a reserve block can’t be before 10am stipulation, long call is not earlier than 1400 first day.

lineholder schedules are anywhere from 13-18 off depending on the plane, base, seat, and the month.

guess I was on long call during the scamdemic…that was the last time I was on reserve. Guarantee, and zero block for 8 months….those were the good times
