It wouldn’t be that shocking, they ran a Supplemental Bid June of last year. If they need to do next month, they’ll do one. Most of their targets in the Annual Bid is for the following year anyway.

How much notice do they usually give? I know for the February supplemental it seemed like everyone heard about it long before it happened.

Oh I really don’t know. Usually a week or two probably? No reason they couldn’t send it out short notice since the window is open for two weeks and then up to 21 days for the results. If they don’t do a supplemental by June, then yes, the next bid will most likely be the annual one starting in August.
