I appreciate everyone’s input on this topic! Is it fair to assume that any and all premium is paid above MMG? I know you all can pick up open time as long as it’s legal, but won’t pay above MMG,just goes towards it.

Only allowed to use your actual base for X list. Called in order, can answer and refuse.
Y list, any NK airport you can report in 3 hours, but can only list 1 at a time, answer and you get the trip.
All 200% above guarantee. (and I have said no to Y list explaining I thought it was for another X list, and did not get called out on it but....)

pick up open time = 100% above guarantee
why would you pick up open time if it only goes towards meeting MMG??? do you mean that if your line has 60hr block/credit, and your MMG is 70hrs, your first 10 hours of picking up would not increase your W2?? I AM CONFUSION!

Well, no need to apologize, I am NK, so there is that.. At NK reserves can't pick up. And I don't know the JB rules, but I always assumed (yeah) that anything picked up would be above MMG anywhere. No motivation otherwise.

so even though fort Myers isn’t a base, if it’s your listed home airport, we can list there as well. Many times the trip would look something like rsw-jfk DH home(back to rsw) the next day.
the company gets coverage for last min cancelations out of base and in return we get 200% credit for the trip including phantom deadheads from our domicile and back.
it can be very lucrative for minimal time away from home.
