This actually rings true. They must plan on an '18 TA due to the sheer # of guys that would be required for real reserve rules alone. And I still dont see how they staff after any real CBA is passed- how much of it can you stagger anyway? This airline is one big disappointment this year.

The cabin refresh was delayed like 3 years. This place is going down the drain.

They can't upgrade anymore than 25, they will deplete the drying up pool of F.O.'s... simple math. No sense in having more captains than first officers.
