We'll still run hot. The additional hires were to keep up with the 12-15% growth for the year. Less growth, less hires, same operation.

Now if pilots would stop picking up RSA's, VDA's, etc the ballgame would change entirely.

Scheduling doesn't need to spend time sifting through the computer system to junior assign pilots. The reality is the pilots bail them out year after year by picking up RSA's and VDA's.

Its comical how the pilot group continues to complain about the current situation while jumping at the chance to bail out the company. Its truly nauseating. Under no circumstances am I suggesting this pilot group assume some sort of work action but at the same time the path continue to follow will be our own undoing.

So, looks like all Cuban cities, besides HAV are going to go E190 and A321s will be pulled off HAV and replaced by the 320s.

Besides HAV I don't even know why we bother going to any of the other cities. Hopefully some new domestic cities coming soon, but I've learned if it's not an island, we won't go there
