What's the point we will just be called names and told we are lecturing you(no not you specifically)
Just like any debate today at some point it's not worth it.
Yes it is hard to defend the company right now but even if I wanted to it's not like it's going to go anywhere with you guys.
Just like the bluepilots religion debate, after awhile why bother?
But right now there isn't much to defend so you have control sir.

Today doesnt confirm any doubts I have about B6. Those doubts have been evident for over a year. Its just one more disappointment to drive those of us who are seeking a real airline, to finally abandon all hope of B6 as a career and just pray for the phone call.
Today is probably more impactful to the pro B6 guys who have had unwavering faith in the "culture" and have tried to undermine any critique of Blue. Your last sentence addresses this.
Get out the signs for the Fall, when they really start stalling.

I've yet to see anyone with "unwavering faith" in B6 here or elsewhere. I personally was holding the line with our NC and MEC and what was a positive tone. It's certainly changed. And with that, so has mine. This bid was disappointing. Hopefully we can all stay on the same page and unified while we work towards what we need. #contractaboveall

The name calling has gone both ways, but I agree, its unnecessary.

The other thing and I see this on bluepilots the most is sometimes there is a doubt that if you are not screaming or ranting or ****ed all the time you aren't ready to strike. We all deal with issues in our own way but there has never been a doubt in my mind that I will go on strike and I never thought twice about voting for a Union. All you had to do was listen to a Rob M call back in the day to know we needed a union.
But you guys are spot on we need to be United now more than ever. Not 190 vs Bus or East vs West or guys saying I told you so, it's best to all be on the same team and get what we deserve.

I think there might be 1 or 2 guys on here with an unwavering faith, I think others like myself just offer an opinion or thoughts. I also don't think you can be absolutist and stand on the fact that every critique of JetBlue is fair and correct and therefore untouchable. There is plenty of hyperbole on both sides with neither being totally right.

Just for reference. From someone that started earlier this year, comparing our last bid (March) into this one (June), I moved up 12 numbers. Losing 4 pilots a month, is that considered average attrition for JetBlue or not?

Was the move in base or overall seniority? In almost 2 years I've moved up about 160 overall.

~75/year seems to be the trend since the big legacy furlough recalls ended. I suspect that will increase dramatically after the new year if there is no TA. (The fourth quarter is historically a slow attrition period.)
