If you are an SQ RSV pilot then yes you can be pulled at any time for a domestic trip. For SQ line holders all SQ pairings must contain at least 1 leg touching an SQ airport. I don't believe that as a SQ line holder you would see a month where you fly a mix of domestic and SQ trips. So we will need to have some certainty for flights before we can bid the class (not to mention actual ETOPS certification, planes, etc). Maybe someone can clarify if I am reading the section wrong.

Last I heard they were planning to augment all Transatlantic flying. Not sure if that changes if they start Ireland.

That’s a good possibility to be honest. SQ Crew Class doesn’t have to follow same pairing distribution and requirements as a standalone base would (they are a subset of the base itself) so you could theoretically have all SQ pilots on RSV and SQ pairings tossed into OT at will.
