Name calling and intimidation won't get you anywhere.

Name calling or not... ATR is correct.

I still can't figure out why you let them convince you to do it in the first place.

Some people are just weak-willed and lacking in self-respect. But the few remaining will come around soon.

Nah, when you and others keep acting like that it only cements the idea that you guys have a bad attitude. Doesn't make people want to join you.

Why are the pilots the only employees picked on or are required to clean? It's like requiring the accountant or HR people working upstairs to mop the floors or change the toilet paper in between paper pushing. **** that!

It sounds harsh, but think about it:

---weak-willed aka some guys just can't help themselves, even after the union has put out emails asking them to fly SOP and don't clean in front of pax
---lacking self-respect aka we are highly trained, highly experienced professionals, and gloving up, dumpster diving and impeding the deplaning of pax is embarrassing to yourself and our profession. I cringe when I see it from the cabin.

Not a personal attack, no bad attitude here, just calling it how it is.

Until we are all on board and rowing the same direction we won't get a CBA. It's behavior like this (in addition to others) that is standing in the way. Something to consider.

Bingo. Wearing gloves and cleaning up trash is a COMPLETE and utter embarrassment to our profession. An Emirates, Lufthansa, or Singapore pilot would puke if they saw you doing that (and rightly so).

Notice how much more respected professional pilots are in most foreign countries. Get a ****ing clue already.

You're a disgrace when you do stupid **** like that.
